鑑於B3G無線電波頻譜落於30∼60GHz,因此相關元件技術開發規劃 以此頻段為主。另外,光通訊與無線通訊系統界面轉換元件日趨重要, 因此此類元件也在規劃之中。所擬定的研究主題包括以下三項:

低雜訊放大器(LNA),混頻器(mixer),壓控振盪器(VCO)。

光通訊與無線通訊界面元件技術開發
