COMPANY PROFILE

MIPRO Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in Chiayi, 
Taiwan by Mr. K. C. Chang on August 9, 1995. The management is
composed of carefully-selected excellent engineers and staff, 
most of whom were formerly employed by CHIAYO Electronics
Co., Ltd., the company which Mr. Chang founded and managed for
over 25 years. The new company will integrate modern management
philosophies, advanced design concepts and manufacturing technology,
 to manufacture the excellence in professional wireless microphone products. 
The built-in power transformer causes heat, leakage and HUM noise
problems that will deteriorate the receiver quality.
